In order to use the option you should have Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later version) installed.
In order to use the option you should have Flash Player 8.0 (or later version) installed.
If you do not see the image of yourself from your web-camera, please check whether it is correctly connected and functioning (follow the manual which comes with the device).
- if you have a Flash Player installed. You may download it from here ;
- your browser security settings;
- if the Active X applications are allowed;
- if the camera and microphone access is allowed.
If you do not hear what the lady says please check whether your speakers are correctly connected and functioning (follow the manual which comes with the device). If you use head phones instead of speakers, please do the same.
Enunciate your name loudly in the microphone. If the microphone is functioning you should hear your voice in your speakers (head phones). If you do not, please check if the microphone is correctly connected (follow the manual which comes with the device).
Move the microphone aside from the speakers and reduce their volume.
If you do not see the image from the lady’s end please check:
Click on the «Start» button and choose «Control Panel».
Then choose «Add and Remove Programs» in the menu
You will see the list of installed programs. If Adobe Flush player is in the list – you already have it installed. Please, keep in mind that your Flash Player should be of 8.0 or later version.
Open your browser.
Choose «Tools», choose «Internet Options»
Choose «Security» in the opened window
Tune down to the lowest the Security level.
Then click «Sites».
Add the following addresses to the «Websites» field: http://anastasyaweb.com, http://anastasya-international.com.

Click «AlwaysAsk» in the opened window.
Click «Confirm» in the pop-up window.

Choose «Allow» in the «Global Security Settings» form.
If you find the system notification on the top of the browser window.
Click the RIGHT mouse button on that notification.
Choose «Allow blocked Content…» in the menu
Confirm the action by clicking «Yes» in the dialog box.
Renew the page. The next system notification should appear:
Click «Allow».
