The highlight was meeting Valentina Dylova who is active with your Evpatoria Agency. My second trip to the Ukraine was in November to see only Valentina. On both trips I was introduced to the Agency’s Staff and extremely impressed with its high professionalism. They carefully screen the members who participate and monitor correspondence for accuracy.
