Day of Vernal Equinox is celebrated on March 21^st of each year.

On this day, the Sun is positioned directly over the Earth's equator. The Vernal Equinox represents one-half of the cycle the other half is known as the Autumn Equinox.

The Day of Vernal Equinox is recognized as a day of the changing of the seasons and an ancient Japanese holiday. This day is a celebration of an ancient Buddhist tale that when the night and day become equal Buddha visits earth for one week to rescue stray souls and lead them to Nirvana. This Buddhist holiday has grown into a social Japanese event.

I have been a candidate since February of this year. Literally hundreds upon hundreds of ladies have contacted me over this time period. In August of this year I traveled to Russia and met one of these ladies in particular. We spent the month touring about Moscow and St. Petersburg and thoroughly enjoying one another’s company. We continue to converse almost daily by either phone or through e-mail. A wonderful relationship has been brought to fruition since she and I first contacted one another last March.
