The International Committee of Aesthetics and Cosmetology established the International Day of Beauty in 1995 put forth the initiative to found this celebratory day. On this day many cities around the world host beauty contests. Like most beauty contests, outward appearance is the number one criteria to obtain victory.

The tours were absolutely great. I remember seeing the Anastasia video advertising the tours and listening to men say that the tour exceeded their expectations. I was skeptical thinking that this was just flattery. I now understand their comments. My trip far exceeded all of my expectations and goals. The tour to St. Petersburg was an excellent experience and I am certain I will participate on another tour to that city. Margarita and Tatiana were very pleasant, courteous, and professional in their duties. The tours of the city, Peter and Paul Fortress and Catherine's palace were outstanding and Natasha is a great tour guide. The boat tour was a highlight of the week but I wish it could have been a bit longer.
