This is a day, which was proposed by the Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear Threat. This day is an anniversary of bombing Japanese city Hiroshima in 1945. This day serves as a reminder of this human tragedy and of the role of doctors in the struggle for peace and the prevention of war.

I first saw Tatiana’s picture and profile in one of the Anastasia catalogues near the end of 1996. Tatiana and I finally became engaged in January of this year while on my 3rd visit to Moscow.
