What is Anastasia International?

How does incoming e-mail work?
When an incoming email arrives in your Anastasia International mailbox, a notice is automatically sent to your email address. Then, you may go to your mailbox at Anastasia International where you can see a list of all incoming e-mails. Each email will be accompanied by the Lady's photo and basic information. You can then choose whether or not to open each message. You are not charged for messages you do not open.
Are my emails translated for the Lady?
All the emails you send are translated into Russian, all incoming emails are translated into English. There is no charge to you or the Ladies for this complimentary service.
What is the privacy policy concerning all sent and received messages?
The agency personnel who translate your messages will not know your identity at all, and in many cases will not know the Lady's identity either. Furthermore, the translator will be an industry professional, accustomed to assisting in communications of the most intimate nature.
Can I get a Lady’s Postal Address?
Yes, you are absolutely free to ask any Lady for her street address in your e-mail message. So once you have a Lady’s address, you can ask her for any information, including her contacts, via regular mail. Please keep in mind however, that Ladies are under no obligation to share their addresses with Anastasia International clients.

What is a credit?
Credit is a standard unit that enables you to read and write letters to the Ladies registered at our website.
Why do I need to purchase credits on Anastasia-International.com?
In order to correspond with the Ladies and view their videos you must have credits. The registration at our site is free but you have to pay for your correspondence. This means that every time you open a message from a Lady or send a message, you pay one credit. We do not have a membership fee. You purchase e-mail credits and then the credits appear on your account.
How do I purchase credits?
To purchase credits, click on the “Purchase credits” section in the lower left-hand side of your account page. Fill out the order form. Select whether you would like to pay by Credit card or by PayPal. Then follow the instructions to purchase.

One Email Correspondence Credit is deducted from your account for every email sent. One Email Correspondence Credit is deducted from your account for every email opened.

Phone Translation Rates, Phone Reservation Rates and Instant Call Rates Phone Translation
The standard rate for phone translation is $3.99 per minute. After 30 minutes on the phone your translation rate drops to $3.49 per minute. If you make a Phone Reservation via one of our operators, your translation rate drops to only $2.50 per minute.

A refundable deposit of $39.90 for a minimum of a 10-minute conversation is required at the time of when you place your reservation.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Please be assured that we use secure connection. The billing information that you enter on our website is not saved as we use HTTPS servers. You can simply check it yourself. You can see it on the page where you enter the billing information in the address field in the browser window. It changes from http to https, which means the information you enter there cannot be saved even if your Cookies are enabled. If you still do not want to pay online you can also pay by personal check or international money order, which you may send to:

Can I pay by Western Union?
We are only able to accept payments for our services with credit cards, personal checks, PayPal and money orders in US dollars. Western Union payments are not accepted.
Can I pay by Paypal?
We do accept payments by PayPal. Simply select pay by PayPal at the time of checkout and follow the prompts.
How can I check my account balance?
Simply login and you’ll see your account balance on your Homepage. There you will be able to see how many credits you have left, a link that will send you the page if you need to buy more, how many emails you’ve sent and received, and your email status.
I forgot my password how can I login?
Simply click Forgot Your Password? And one will be sent to you via email.
Is it safe to post my pictures and basic information on my Profile?
Profiles are perfectly safe. Privacy/Safety features include:
1. Your Last Name, Address, Etc. are NOT included in the listing.
2. Only Registered Agencies can access Gentlemen's Listings, they are NOT available to the general public. This means that Ladies will view the listings while they are physically in a registered agency's office. There is NO CHANCE that your listing will be seen by friends/neighbors/colleagues.
3. Your email messages are located on our secure server.
Anastasia has a strict policy of confidentiality.
How do I edit my profile?
Click on my profile under account on the left hand side of your home page. Please note you must be logged in to make corrections to your homepage.
How do I change my email address?
Once you are logged in go to your home page. On the left hand side under account you will see user info. Click user info, there you will be able to any personal information including your email address.

Technical Questions
Why are the photos displaying an error?
It sounds as though you may have a Firewall or Internet Security program that could be blocking you from accessing photo images on our site.
Please make sure to add “anastasia-international.com” as a safe or "permitted" domain in your Firewall. Be sure to give it full permission so that no part of this domain is blocked in any way.
If you are accessing from an office or computer lab, you may need to have your Network Administrator do this for you.
Please also ensure that the content advisor for your Internet browser has not been enabled. At times, this may prohibit you from being able to view photos on websites.
If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, send us an e-mail and we will be happy to further assist you in troubleshooting. Please include the following system information in your e-mail:
1. What is your Operating System? (Ex. Windows 98, 2000, XP Mac - OS 9, OS X
