Character:
Frankly speaking, I don't like praising myself, but my parents say they are proud of me, which means a deal to me. My friends and people, who know me, say that I am very interesting and versatile person with many merits. I can add that I'm sociable, venturesome, adventurous, resolute, kind, merry, funny (but can be serious, when it is needed) and purposeful. I am a good listener, loyal friend and devoted partner. I always put my family and my loved person on the first place. They say I am quite talented and I know there's nothing I can't achieve. I also like helping people, always try to make one's day better and like everything new and exciting.

Interests:
I am into different kinds of activities and sports like hiking, kayaking, skydiving, working out and fitness. I love music and write my own songs and lyrics, I even used to sing in a band. My other passion is learning foreign languages. That's why it was chosen to be my future profession. I am a student of the faculty of foreign languages. I love communicating with different people, adore traveling, nature and literature. I'm also a parachute jumper and a member of a tourist club. But when I get tired of different activities I like to relax reading a good book or watching a movie. I have many friends and I am considered to be a very loyal and supportive friend and open-minded and life loving girl.

Looking For Type:
I see my future partner as smart, kind, cheerful and caring man with a good sense of humor. I'd like to meet a man who is funny, but can be serious in everyday life. I want him to be optimistic, merry and purposeful. He is to love children and animals. I dream we would take care and love each other till the end of time and have an exemplary family.

Looking For Age:
20 - 35
Ukrainian women love to cook. Traditional dishes of Ukrainian cuisine are aromatic and contain a wide variety of herbs and spices, including garlic, parsley, dill, mint, mustard, pepper and cinnamon. Bread is provided with all savory dishes and is of a high quality. When dining with guests, either wine or vodka and mineral water are usually drunk.

Golubtsy

Stuffed cabbage rolls

Golubtsy are Ukrainian cabbage rolls. The filling is mainly rice with a small amount of hamburger (unlike other East European cabbage rolls which are mainly hamburger with a small amount of rice). The golubtsy are placed in a large pot, covered with tomato sauce and baked. The word "golub" in Ukrainian means "dove"; golubtsi are made in the shape of a dove.

Are you hungry? Have you had dinner yet? Wanna try Ukrainian golubtsy? Anastasia Web assures you Anna from Nikolaev makes them so yummy!

Let yeast stand for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, put in part of the flour (about 6 cups), making a well in the middle. Beat the eggs lightly, add melted butter, milk, sugar and salt. Add this mixture to the flour along with yeast. Mix well and knead until dough is soft and not sticky adding the remaining flour only as necessary. Knead about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm spot until double in bulk. Punch down and knead lightly. Let it rise again. Take a small amount of dough; roll on a lightly floured table. It must be fairly thick. Cut out rounds, coffee mugs work well. Place a small amount of filling in the center bringing the edges together and pinch well to seal tightly. Place pompushky seam side down on lightly floured surface, cover and let rise a while, for about 15 minutes. Do not let over rise. Fry in oil, about 375F for about 3 minutes, turning them to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
