Character:
Honestly, it’s very difficult to speak about my personality, because people are very often mistaken or don’t clearly see who they are in real. I’d like to throw light upon those features of my character I’m totally sure of. Hope you’ll help me understand who I really am ;-) I’ll take your criticism into consideration. So, let’s get down to analyzing me ;-) I guess that my main characteristic features are creativity and activity. An activist by nature, I can hardly help expressing my opinion. I enjoy learning something new, but at the same time you won’t find a single person who can call me a bluestocking or a swot ;-) I like playing the fool, laughing, taking funny photos… I have my own vision of life and I like sharing my thoughts with other people. Generally, I’m a cheerful person. That is 1:0 in my favor ;-) I won’t deny that I’m a moody person. Let it be 1:1 till I reform ;-) I’m very easy-going and openhearted: I can tell a stranger in a shop if the clothes he/she has trie
Interests:
I have quite a big variety of hobbies and interests: reading, dancing, traveling, camping, animals, music (drum’n’bass, idm, minimal), photography, hand-made, drawing, rollerblading (style-slalom). I have always dreamt to try skateboarding and snowboarding and I hope this dream will come true in the nearest future. However, it doesn’t mean that my boy-friend has to be 100% fond of what I’m interested in… 70% will be pretty enough ;-) I also enjoy the state of flight, so one day I’ll try bungee-jumping and parachuting ;-) Would you like to accompany me? On your marks… Get set… GO!
Looking For Type:
What should my boy-friend be like? Not an easy question to answer. People are all different; everyone has his good and bad sides. I don’t want to frame anyone! All I wish you to do (in case you decide to write me) is to be yourself. The only limits I put concern age and height. Life is too short (as wise men say ;-) ) to waste time on wondering whether to write to the person you like or not; or trying to predict whether there’ll be something between you and me. So, why should we sit by and wonder what would have happened if you had dropped me a line? I don’t bite! ;-)
Looking For Age:
25 - 45
Ukrainian women love to cook. Traditional dishes of Ukrainian cuisine are aromatic and contain a wide variety of herbs and spices, including garlic, parsley, dill, mint, mustard, pepper and cinnamon. Bread is provided with all savory dishes and is of a high quality. When dining with guests, either wine or vodka and mineral water are usually drunk.
Ukrainian borsch with meat
Borshch is a Ukrainian beet soup. It could be described as a national soup of Ukraine. Filled with beets and other vegetables from a typical Ukrainian garden, it is a hearty soup which could be found on almost every dinner table. Here is one of more than 500 versions of borshch recipes.
How about a plate of Ukrainian borstch? Nothing can warm your heart and stomach better than this traditional soup meal.
Ask Anastasia Web Svetlana to make it for you!
Ingredients:
1/4 pound salt pork, diced
1 large leek, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 celery or parsley root (about 6 ounces), peeled and cut in thin strips
3 beet (about 1/2 pound), peeled and shredded
1/2 head cabbage (about 1/2 pound), thinly sliced
2 quarts water
1 1/2 pounds cooked meat such as kielbasa (Polish sausage), ham, beef, or pork, diced
1 can (8 ounces) whole tomatoes
1 c rye flour kvas
2 tb flour
1 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper
1 1/2 ts lemon juice or vinegar
1 c whipping cream or dairy sour cream horseradish (optional)
Fry salt pork until golden in a 5-quart kettle. Add leek and onion. Fry until onion is transparent. Add celery root, beets, cabbage, water, and meat. Cook until celery root is crisp tender; about 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and kvas, mix. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Make a smooth paste of butter and flour; stir into the simmering soup. Cook and stir until soup thickens. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice; mix. To serve, spoon a small amount of cream and horseradish into each bowl. Ladle hot soup into bowl and stir to blend with the cream and horseradish.
Cucumbers in sour cream
As a delicious appetizer or snack you can try Anastasia Web Svetlana's special - cucumbers or radishes in sour cream.

1 c dairy sour cream or yogurt

Ukrainian syrnyky
Cottage cheese fritters
Ukrainian syrnyky, or cottage cheese fritters, is a traditional Ukrainian dish. These tasty little pancakes are usually topped with jam or sour cream.
Your sweet Anastasia Web Svetlana from Odessa will please you with the perfect syrnyky for breakfast or lunch!
Ingredients:
1 lb of cottage cheese
1/2 glass of sugar
3 eggs
2 glasses of flour
2 oz of melted butter
1 glass of sour cream
a little salt
Whisk eggs with salt and sugar into thick froth. Add minced cottage cheese and 1.5 glasses of flour. Knead thoroughly. Put the dough onto the board sifted with flour, and form a thick roll. Slice it into pieces as thick as a finger. Put each slice into flour, and make its form like a cutlet with a knife. Fry in butter in a frying pan at the medium heat, both sides.
Serve with sour cream.
Preeyatnava apetita! (bon appetite) your Anastasia Web Svetlana will tell you while serving this wonderful dish.
You answer should be "Balshoye spasiba, daragaya moya!" (Thank you so much, my darling!)

Hello Elena, Thank you very much for your congratulations! The woman I am engaged to is Julia Fedotova of Ekaterinburg, Russia. I sent you an e-mail yesterday (Friday) about my engagement, but since a copy of my e-mail did not appear in my “sent” mail, and Julia and I have sometimes experienced problems recently with netaddress failing to “send” each other our e-mails, I thought I should re-send my previous message. I apologize if this e-mail message is a duplicate. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service. It was always much appreciated! Sincerely,
Gary S.

Hi Irina, Rene' again. I wrote you a while ago asking about where to send a check and you responded. However you did not state who to make it out to. Is it AnastasiaWeb.com? I assume it is but want to make sure. Also I wanted to comment... I never expected to have so many emails come in. It is overwhelming all the beautiful women here at your site. I want to correspond with so many but alas, it would be too costly for me. The good thing, though, is that a couple of women that I was wanting to write, wrote to me first. Im very happy about that. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help.
Rene, Battle Creek, MI
