Bread is provided with all savory dishes and is of a high quality. When dining with guests, either wine or vodka and mineral water are usually drunk.

Slice it into pieces as thick as a finger. Put each slice into flour, and make its form like a cutlet with a knife. Fry in butter in a frying pan at the medium heat, both sides.
