Character:
I’m a charming tender young lady with an open heart. I’m sensitive with a good sense of humour, the one who believes in people and is sure whatever happens happens for better. I love children, their laugh makes me happy and my life full. My friends say my inner beauty matches my outlook, so you are a judge.

Interests:
I’m a teacher of Russian language and literature at the primary school, and I spend most of my time with small kids. I like them, they make me feel needed. I have a deep passion for self education, so I pay attention to modern European literature and I follow fashion. I love pets and I used to have many cats at home. Dancing is what my body is for, it is the best expression of true emotions.

Looking For Type:
I’m looking for my soul mate, the man who could divide all the joys of life with me. If you are honest, warm-hearted, sincere, if you can be relied on and trusted, with a great sense of humour and optimist…I hope you exist and we are meant to be together!

Looking For Age:
30 - 55

Bread is provided with all savory dishes and is of a high quality. When dining with guests, either wine or vodka and mineral water are usually drunk.

Separate yolks from whites, add yolks to the cottage cheese and mix it well. Mix dough - elastic and smooth. Roll it out as thin as it goes without tearing and cut out circles. Smear each with egg whites, put stuffing in the center, paste the edges together, put into boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Serve hot, with butter or sour cream.

Cherries: mix 1 lb pitted cherries with 1/2 cup sugar and let it rest for 15 minutes, then lightly squeeze it to get some of the juice out. Use the juice elsewhere or pour it on ready vareniki.

Mix yeast, sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour in warm milk. Let it rise for 15-20 minutes. Add all the milk and half the flour, mix, let it rise again. When it has risen, add the rest of the flour, salt, butter and mix until it is smooth and elastic.
