Bread is provided with all savory dishes and is of a high quality. When dining with guests, either wine or vodka and mineral water are usually drunk.

Mix yeast, sugar, 1 teaspoon of flour in warm milk. Let it rise for 15-20 minutes. Add all the milk and half the flour, mix, let it rise again. When it has risen, add the rest of the flour, salt, butter and mix until it is smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise once more. Form small buns, put them on a greased baking sheet leaving 2 inches space between them, let rise for 10-15 minutes. Make depressions in the buns with the bottom of a glass. Smear the brims with whisked egg; fill the depression with the filling. Filling:

I just want to say first and foremost that all of you gave me one of the best vacations of my life. Everything on the tour was perfect and I can not say enough good things about the service, the hotel, the Anastasia interpreters-especially Inga (please make sure she knows how much I appreciated her help). I so enjoyed meeting you, Irina, Karina, Sasha and, of course, Allen who was terrific as well. I hope I was a gracious guest.
