During New Year and Orthodox Christmas (January 7) holidays you might experience delay with response to your letters sent to Anastasia Customer Support. Our administrators will do their best to reply to you within 3 business days.

 

Anastasia Phone Introduction Service will not be available December 31 and January 1. January 2 the Phone Introduction operators will be ready to help you with your call starting from 4 am New York Time (12 pm Moscow Time). From January 3 the Service will be available on the regular schedule.
