Streamlining – New E-mail Storage Policy
In an effort to streamline our site and services, we have initiated a new e-mail storage policy. To reduce the amount of space taken up by deleted and unread letters, our mail folders will have the following storage conditions:
Unopened introductory letters from the ladies will remain in your Inbox for 30 days, after which they will be deleted.
Letters that you have deleted will remain in your Deleted Mail folder for 5 days, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Unanswered letters that you receive from the ladies as a reply to your letters can only be deleted by you.
All read and sent mail will remain in your Inbox or Sent Mail folder unless it is deleted by you. After 6 months, your mail will be accessible through our electronic archives.
If you do not use our services for more than 6 months, your letters will automatically be archived. However, you will retain the possibility to restore those letters by contacting customer support.
We hope that our continuing efforts to upgrade our site will produce recognizable and welcome improvements for you as you use our services.
